Todays landfill bag weighed in at 230g, so not such a good week.
Although it did include a toothpaste tube and some chicken bones.
The rest was just plastic wrap etc that is not recyclable, including crisp packets.
Today also marked the last collection of my green waste until March 2010. I had however benn monitoring how full it has become over the last few weeks and think I may be able to keep putting my veg & fruit waste into the bin as normal as all is well wrapped in newspaper, then it will be a bin full for collection come March.

Toothpaste tubes and bones weigh so much don't they! It's still a great total and it's good to see you think you'll be ok without green waste collection. March is a long time; why are they stopping it for so long?
